We live in a time when love is in short supply. Even on a personal basis I'm sure you would agree that we all need a little more love in our lives. Of both the intimate kind and the unconditional love kind. I learned a secret about those intangible things like love and peace in another time when they were badly needed. Back in the '70s. I was a bit of a hippie in the 1970s. I say "bit of" because half of my life was spent as a hippie and the other half donning a tie and a suit or jacket and heading off to the big city and the corporate world of advertising. At one time I was living on a 40 acre commune then, superman-like, transforming into a respectable creative type businessman working in a city office. Love is like being thrown in the deep end and learning to swim without having had swimming lessons. Isn't it? Well okay, maybe you're one of the lucky ones who have an innate understanding of what it takes to fall in love and make it last a lifetime. Not many of us have that inbuilt instinct. Or am I wrong?
